Learning Advancement Centre
Students benefit from one-on-one contact in the LAC
The Latest Innovation from Berne
The Learning Advancement Centre was established in 2007 to support students in their educational engagements and pursuits at a more one on one level than is possible even in our small school.
It primarily addresses students’:
- Learning styles (kinaesthetic, auditory, or visual)
- Basic skills
- Curriculum
- Extension
Up until term 3 2007, there have been 12 students attend the unit, with 4 more at the start of 2008. All subject areas are covered with a more flexible approach.
For more information contact the LAC coordinator Ed Flood.
